think about the hospitals you could build,

the children you could save,

the starving you could help

the disabled you could help,

the animals you could save from being the last of there kind.

but no  you waste it on stupid stupid stupid cubes you live in, its like the devil is walking the Earth.

money is the root of all evil, it truely is very very very very true, the misery is causes and the many who don,t give a dam who it hurts or what effect it has on other human beings, of which they are part of ie human beings, yet they treat us like we are different, this world is perverted and degusting these days, you should be ashamed of your selves.

I would rather buy a 4 bed roomed villa abroad filled with top class furniture a heated in door swimming pool, large gardens and out side pool, with fantastic sea view, a nice 8 birth sea going boat and a top of the range car for me and one for the wife, and still have 60 million to live on. who in their right mind would waist 65 million on a flat in London? I wouldn't, even if I had 165 million.

These properties are owned and built for the Saudi's. They haven't worked for their wealth, they rule and stay in control by force. Could say more but would be censored. NO "FREE SPEECH" on MSN.

Beautiful flat. But I can get the same features somewhere else for 1/4 of the price, plus garden, garage, sauna, swimming pool and maybe next to the beach.... this is way over rated flat. Yes you are next to Hyde Park, but it does not make any different

sadly it looks like one of those designer done to death apartments, that it has no soul.

Sadly it will date rather badly and as for the price, well  if you have all that money to waste, then waste it.

I can think of many better and more exclusive properties for less than that amount of money, it looks lie bad taste and probably is bad taste, how sad. ?

****........would I pay £65 million for that flat if I had the money HELL NO!!!!! I could build my own community with that kind of cash and have only people I want living by me......people have more money than sense plus are becoming more selfish why spend that kind of money on a flat when you could build a community for people who are less fortune than them..........

Absolutely awful. Obviously for someone with too much money and no taste whatsoever.

If I were a billionaire I wouldnt want that flat,  I agree with below, a large villa near the sea, somewhere hot and sunny with fabulous views would be much better and more preferable to my taste. I already have an apartment overlooking the sea in a beautiful hot and sunny country and the price ...   under three hundred thousand.
