Does this man-made island escape tsunamis when it occur?

It seems someone in MSN has a vested interest in this island* and its sale, as this is the second time it has been a featured article - struggling to find a buyer?

*for 'island', read boat.

So its a luxury yacht without the essential attributes of any vessel; mobility and stability

No more than a very expensive floating deck. Give me an island sitting on the sea bed and it might be worth 3million!

If I had 3 million pounds I don't think I would want to buy this, I would prefer an underwater home and something which wouldn't kill me if massive waves came over.

why don't they just add an engine and make it float by itself.. then it would be a boat and you could move it?
