There are a number places you can find good remortgage deals.

  • Newspapers and magazines will provide you with regularly updated information about deals, as well as the background surrounding them.
  • It’s still possible to troll up and down the High Street, walking into all the lenders’ business premises and walking out with brochures.
  • A good mortgage broker will have updated information at their fingertips, will be in a position to handle a lot of the boring bureaucracy for you and chase things up. A broker may also have exclusive access to some deals that are not available simply by shopping around.
  • The internet. Comparison services, like the one from MSN Money, will give you details of the top re-mortgage rates at the click of a mouse.
